HOW TO GET TO THE CLINIC

The clinic is located at 12A Elm St N. There is free parking for all patients in the back of the building. The main entrance door is located on Algonquin.

During your first appointment, we will gather all the diagnostic information.

A medical/dental questionnaire will need to be filled out. Subsequently, photos, radiographs and molds of your teeth will be taken. A facial and a dental examination will be done by the orthodontist.
